• Provide technical support to developers for Azure DevOps, GitHub, GNU tools, and Visual Studio build issues.

• Perform advanced hardware and software troubleshooting for laptops and workstations.

• Manage Veeam backups and Windows system imaging for endpoint recovery and deployment.

• Configure and maintain VMware vSphere virtual machines and Windows/Linux systems, drivers, and configurations.

• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate recurring IT administration tasks.
